• Creator accounts — A creator program will be available in the future. Details will be announced when the program launches.

4. Purchases & Downloads

• All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
• Some plugins are offered for free, while others require payment. Paid plugins use a "pay what you want" model with a minimum price set by the creator.
• Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, who acts as the merchant of record.
• Download links are delivered via email after a successful purchase or free download request. Links may expire after a period of time.
• Refunds — Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues, please contact us and we will work to resolve them.

5. Creator Terms

Creovanta plans to offer a creator program in the future, allowing third-party developers to submit and sell plugins on the platform. Details including revenue sharing and submission guidelines will be published when the program launches. Currently, all plugins on the platform are published by Creovanta.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Creovanta, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Creovanta or its content creators and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• Plugins purchased or downloaded are licensed for personal or commercial use in your projects, unless otherwise stated by the creator.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased plugins with third parties.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any plugin except as permitted by applicable law.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its systems.
