Creovanta is a marketplace for plugins, scripts, and extensions for Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro. Users can browse, download, and purchase plugins. Creators can submit their own plugins for sale through the platform.

3. User Accounts

• Creator accounts — Creators must register with a valid email address and password to submit plugins. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Buyer information — Buyers provide their email address at the time of download or purchase. This email is used to deliver download links and order confirmations.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Purchases & Downloads

• All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
• Some plugins are offered for free, while others require payment. Paid plugins use a "pay what you want" model with a minimum price set by the creator.
• Download links are delivered via email after a successful purchase or free download request. Links may expire after a period of time.
• No refunds — Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues, please contact us and we will work to resolve them.

5. Creator Terms

• Creators retain ownership of their plugins and grant Creovanta a non-exclusive license to distribute and market them on the platform.
• All plugin submissions are subject to review. Creovanta reserves the right to reject, modify descriptions of, or remove any plugin at its discretion.
• Creators earn 85% of each sale. Creovanta retains 15% as a platform fee.
• Creators are responsible for ensuring their plugins are original work and do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Creators must not submit plugins that contain malware, viruses, or any harmful code.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Creovanta, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Creovanta or its content creators and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• Plugins purchased or downloaded are licensed for personal or commercial use in your projects, unless otherwise stated by the creator.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased plugins with third parties.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any plugin except as permitted by applicable law.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its systems.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Website without permission.
• Submit false information, including fake email addresses for downloads.
• Upload or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
